Having worked in the security industry for over 20 years. I have noticed that companies who provide services only provide one or two services. This means in a commercial setting, the business needs a diary to contact the correct company to resolve an issue. This can be straight forward, but a ot of times it will require multiple visits from multiple service companies. “its not our system” etc.

Now you can call one number and have all your security issues dealt with by one company. A one stop shop for security related issues, so if a system is integrated with another our engineers are able to diagnose the issue and contact the correct specialist while still on site. All this happens while you, as our customer are kept up to date with the situation.
